Kevin and I discuss the emotion of shame.  We give the definition and explain the difference between shame and guilt. Shame is a toxic emotion that everyone experiences in life.  It makes people so uncomfortable that they try to blame others for their actions. We quote Brene Brown a lot.  She is a shame researcher and expert on this topic. www.brenebrown.com .
