A term I like to coin define the period in your life where everything fucking sucks. And it’s beyond just this a "hard thing" and plummets into I have fucking nothing, no will to live and this is an absolute rock bottom moment. The Fuckening happens when your energy, your body and your true authentic self are ready to let the fuck go and be in alignment. The only way out is...through.

I call it the Ffuckening because it’s THE WORST AND MOST PAINFUL PLACE TO BE. And the only way to cope and manage is to fall the fuck apart and have this reckoning moment with yourself, crying and screaming on the floor in the fetal position, like you are having a self exorcism. It ain't pretty. AND IT IS POWERFUL.
