Stephanie Gambetta flew out to North Carolina and sat down with Taylor and me for what ended up being one of the most honest conversations I have had about the peptide space.Stephanie runs Loop Health and has probably worked with more perimenopausal and menopausal women on peptides and GLPs than anyone in the country. She has the boots on the ground data that most people in this space do not have access to.We cover the biggest mistakes people are making right now, why women in their 40s and 50s are being thrown on GLPs before their hormones are even checked, the Adderall connection that nobody talks about, peptides in college culture and what parents need to know, the wild west of the research peptide industry, TFA versus acetate salt and why almost nobody selling peptides knows what that means, the SIBO and GLP connection, and where all of this is heading.Taylor jumps in throughout and this one covers a lot of ground.⚠️ For research and entertainment purposes only. ⚠️👇 ALL MY LINKS IN ONE PLACEhttps://hunterwilliamshealth.com/linksExplore the Loop ecosystem and join the community: https://loop.health/stephaniegambettaConnect with Stephanie:https://www.stephaniegambetta.comhttps://www.instagram.com/stephanie_gambettahttps://www.instagram.com/loop.way

This little three amino acid peptide shifts around 4,000 human genes toward repair. It delivers copper to the enzymes that rebuild collagen and power your cells. Your body makes it, and you lose about 80% of it by age 60. In this masterclass I cover what it actually does and how to use it. We get into who it's a good fit for and who should skip it. I break down dosing by goal, the timeline for results, and whether to cycle it. I walk through the Glow stack with BPC and TB-500. I cover why sequencing matters and how to reconstitute it so it stings less. Yes, it should turn blue. I explain why that matters. I'm honest about the gaps. A lot of the gene data is cell culture work. The cognitive and lung findings come from animal studies. I tell you where the human evidence is strong and where it isn't. We also hit the copper uglies, injection reactions, and the FAQ I get asked most. By the end you'll know if GHK-Cu belongs in your rotation.

NAD+ is not a peptide. That one fact changes how you should use it.Peptides send a signal. NAD+ is a coenzyme, meaning it does the work itself. There is no receptor to downregulate, so the cycling logic is completely different. In this one I walk through what NAD+ actually does inside the cell, what burns through it, and whether it really crashes with age. The decline is real. It is just far more modest and tissue specific than the biohacking world tells you. Skin drops hard. Brain drops 10 to 13 percent across a lifetime. Liver and muscle barely move at all.I also get into the uncomfortable part. Injected NAD+ probably does not enter your cells intact. Surface enzymes break it down first, which means you may be paying a lot to deliver precursors. Then we cover dosing tiers, subQ versus IM, cycling blocks, methylation, what to track, and the 5-Amino-1MQ combo I run at much lower doses.I am not an NAD+ expert and I say so upfront. This is my lens on where it fits and where it does not.Fix your foundations first. Then decide if you actually need it.⚠️ For research and entertainment purposes only. ⚠️👇 ALL MY LINKS IN ONE PLACE https://hunterwilliamshealth.com/links

Han Sijmons flew in from Holland to sit down with Taylor and me and we just let it rip. Hans is a nurse, an EMT, and one of the most genuinely knowledgeable people I have met in this space. He came up through the same world as Alex Kikel and has been quietly coaching and optimizing people in Europe for years. We covered a lot of ground. His journey starting TRT in Holland as a younger guy and fighting the medical system to get taken seriously. The EMT and nurse peptide stack he built for high stress shift work. How he got his fertility back twice while on testosterone and what that protocol actually looked like. The KY19382 hair serum that outperformed a hair transplant in 14 weeks. Why finasteride is the number one inhibitor of sexual function out of the 600 most prescribed drugs. The GLP and hydration problem nobody is talking about. And a lot more. This was a really fun one. Han is the real deal. 👇 ALL MY LINKS IN ONE PLACEhttps://hunterwilliamshealth.com/links Connect with Han: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/arcanumcoaching YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@Arcanum-Health Website: https://www.arcanum.health ⚠️ For research and entertainment purposes only. ⚠️
