I think so.  But it takes some work, a lot of awareness, a commitment to treating yourself with appreciation, and a desire to put the number you see on the scale aside and focus instead on how you feel in your body.

 

This episode is for anyone who knows diets and diet culture is not serving you, and you will never find happiness by following outside rules meant to shrink your body into submission, but you still want to change how you feel in your body and upgrade your habits to allow you to be the healthiest and happiest version of yourself.
