Multiplying revenue exponentially in your clinic is possible. And in this episode, I share a recent example of one of my coaching clients. This doctor has multiplied his earnings by four by applying a process with three phases and five strategies in one of the phases. Fortunately, this is not rocket science. You can do it, too, if you choose your one thing and devote all your energies to making it happen.
These are some of the topics I cover during the episode:
- Importance of narrowing your focus
- Tracking clinical visits to discover areas of growth
- Performing presidential marketing the right way
- Power of revamping the marketing strategy
- LGS: Leverage, Growth, Scale
The phases and strategies are the roadmaps for growing your revenue to seven figures. You can do it in less than 18 months. Go get it! Until next time, be phenomenal.
“What you track, you improve upon, you measure, you’ll grow.” - Dr. Vikram Raya

Achieving monumental success can create a lull. A lull can sabotage you because it makes you rest on your oars. You are not advancing forward. You are going soft. But don’t worry about it. This is reversible. I have been there, too, and I have undergone a mental transformation to create drive and momentum again. In today’s solo episode, I offer a roadmap so you can use failure as fuel for success.
These are some of the topics I cover here:
- The lull that comes after success can sabotage you
- Meaning of mediocrity creep
- Influence of David Goggins’ work in my life
- How I created momentum for myself
- Advice for achieving sustained excellence
When nothing feels like success, you will maintain your high standards. And you will continue being a limitless MD. So if you notice you’re going soft, just focus on self-care, recommit to action, go back to your weekly reviews, and connect again with your why. Be vigilant about this, and you will achieve sustained excellence. Until next time.

Vision, challenges, and relationships. This framework has helped my guest, Dr. Rakesh Suri, guide his life. Dr. Rakesh Suri is a fascinating gentleman. He is a friend, a colleague, and an inspiration to me. A renaissance man, he is a physician, a thought leader, an innovator, a researcher, and a business executive.
Having performed almost 7,000 surgical procedures as a cardiothoracic surgeon, now he’s heading one of the most innovative ventures I have come across. The name of this new project is Fountain Life. He has partnered with incredible people such as Tony Robbins to bring biohacking and human optimization to the general public.
These are some of the topics covered in the episode:
Some physicians will help you be proactive and predict diseases vs. just managing problems that have already arisen. This is the kind of movement that we need. People like Dr. Rakesh Suri are disrupting insurance and healthcare and really democratizing health and lifespan for everyone. So get involved if you can. And keep being phenomenal.
“I often tell my children, and those who will listen, that medicine is a fantastic platform. Unlike any other profession, really, because you can be a physician and be so many other things - A researcher, a hard-core clinician, an innovator, a CEO, an entrepreneur.” - Dr. Rakesh Suri

Recycling your money in real estate is possible. But first, you must find a way to buy your first property, re-invest the money you get from renting it, and then scale the business. It’s not as difficult as it sounds for high-earning physicians. Today’s guest will help you get there. Dustin Heiner has all the free time we, as busy MDs, would like to have. He is a lifestyle entrepreneur, founder of different businesses, married with four children, and a world traveler.
These are some of the topics covered in the episode:
- Getting money to buy real estate properties
- Recycling money to get more properties
- Dealing with high interest rates and refinancing
- Handling properties while still having a full-time job
- Starting a business with your end goal in mind
Dustin Heiner is successfully unemployed. And that’s what I want for all of you. I wish for all of you to practice medicine on your terms, and I would love for you to create multiple streams of income and do it in a way that doesn’t cause stress but creates joy, passion, and freedom. I hope this episode helps you to get closer to this goal.
“That’s how we scale. We build the business so that it can continually run every single second of every single day without us, and then just put another piece of inventory into the business.” - Dustin Heiner

There’s a Holy Grail for all of us. Mine was becoming a cardiologist. Before going to medical school, I thought that once I achieved that goal, the sky would part, the sun would shine on my face, and angels would sing. I felt that life was going to be amazing. And when I achieved that goal, it was not as shiny as I expected it to be. I devoted all my energy to my work, but being only a physician had limitations in terms of money and time.
Since I didn’t want to become a mediocre MD, I decided to become limitless. To do it, I started making explorations outside the field of medicine. And my guest today did the same thing. He is doctor Ankeet Udani, an anesthesiologist that works at Duke University. Intelligent, well-rounded, and successful are some of the adjectives that apply to him.
These are some of the topics covered in the episode:
I brought Ankeet to the podcast because he is crushing it in all aspects of life. I wanted to pick his brain on how he turned up the volume to transition from being an excellent physician to a Limitless MD. Listen up to find the answer and a detailed how-to.
“The biggest step is admitting that your calendar is full, but you need to create time for yourself and for your self-investment. That’s your first step. You need to prime yourself to be ready to explode.” - Ankeet Udani MD

Your company has to have a bunch of checklists. Having checklists for every process means that you have created systems that guarantee your success. And how do you get there? First, you need to hire the right person. Today I share excerpts of a coaching session with one of my private clients. Thanks to them, you will discover what it means to have a practice integrator, a crucial role in your business. This person has to check that everything gets done and filter through all your wishes and projects to help you choose which one to focus on to get faster and better results.
These are some of the areas a practice integrator will help you with:
- Human resources
- Administration
- Operations
- Finance and billing
- Implementation of systems
- Marketing strategizing
These skills are covered in the episode as I take my client through a process where I help him select, interview, and find the person that might be the right fit. So listen in, let me know your thoughts, and keep being phenomenal.
