A lot of my coaching clients come to me with a common question: how can they overcome their anxiety and worry? If you’re like the majority of people who are trying to level up their lives and achieve great things, you might be feeling stuck in what I call “analysis paralysis.” 

In this week’s podcast episode, my mission is to help you move from a feeling of overwhelm to a feeling of being in control and making progress. The important thing to remember about anxiety and worry is that it is not an emotion to be feared. I want to encourage you to welcome it - as strange as that sounds - because it’s a message, warning you of future consequences if you don’t take action. The time to act is NOW!

This plan can be applied to whatever you’re facing, whether it’s climbing Mount Kilimanjaro (like I just did), raising funding for a new business venture, or improving your relationship with your family. In this episode of Limitless MD, Vikram Raya welcomes Dr. Sunny Smith, a successful physician turned coach. Together, they offer some interesting insight about a controversial question - What if being a physician is just the beginning of the journey and not the final destination? Both Vikram and Sunny believe that mindset is everything when it comes to becoming limitless and exploring different paths. Sunny had an accident in 2017 that left her bedridden for months. At that point, she thought the world was going to stop to wait for her to recover. And then, she became a certified coach herself to help physicians who were looking to avoid burnout and who no longer wanted to tolerate the life they had been living. 

Vikram and Sunny share their love for coaching because they know first-hand that it really works to become our limitless avatars. Besides, they are not the only ones.
