He recounts his experiences of dealing with the initial symptoms, receiving a dual diagnosis of Lyme disease and Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, and the challenges of managing his Lyme symptoms while running a busy PR company. He describes various treatments he undertook, including antibiotics, herbal treatments, colloidal silver, and ozone therapy, and his struggles with severe Herxheimer reactions. Don also discusses the emotional and psychological toll of Lyme disease, the personal growth he experienced, and his optimistic outlook on the other side of his battle.
