It's fair to say that after we get together with a room full of Move it Mama members our energy is renewed. It is just something else, to be in a room surrounded by people who workout with us - who are there on the other side of the screen each and every day. On the flip side, we know that such events aren't for everyone, but even still, we appreciate you ALL - whether you come or not, whether you're a member or not. Thank you to everyone who supports this amazing platform - without you, it simply wouldn't be. In today's episode we can't help but debrief the weekend that was - getting ourselves to Wellington, hosting the boot camp and the party and everything that came with that.
