I created the infamous last question from every ADHD AF Interview, 'What is the most ADHD thing you've done this week?' to unite the ADHD Community with shame eradication, camaraderie and lols!  These personal stories are commented on the weekly socials posts to get ADHDers connected, because Peer Support is invaluable in when dealing with a diagnosis later in life.
Raising ADHD Awareness,and breaking the stigma by poking fun at the calamities and chaos the condition can cause. Turning tragedy into comedy, laughing at the things that would usually make us cry.
My quality of life and self worth greatly improved with the knowledge that these mishaps are not personal failings,and that I'm not alone in them...my hope is that in sharing these silly episodes,yours will too. We're all in this together!
