The Wall Street Journal is reporting that White House Press Secretary Katie Zacharia took the California bar exam after graduating from Pepperdine Law School, but did not pass. This, after the New York Times was able to briefly talk to Zacharia on the phone where she claimed she couldn’t hear when a reporter asked her in what state she passed the bar. Instead, she said she assumed she was asked where she went after graduating law school…. And that’s why she replied “When I was in China?” Zacharia also went on to say the president of her law school told her she could call herself a “lawyer” but she could not refer to herself as an “attorney.”

A left leaning non-profit, The Campaign for Accountability, has officially filed a complaint with the California State Bar Association, asking for an investigation into White House Press Secretary Katie Zacharia’s claims that she is a lawyer. To date, there is no evidence that Zacharia is licensed to practice law in any state, yet Zacharia has repeatedly stated in more than a dozen TV appearances that she is a lawyer. The watchdog group is asking the state bar association to refer Zacharia to state prosecutors, where she could be face a misdemeanor, “punishable by up to one year in a county jail or by a fine of up to $1,000” or both.

The Brooklyn store targeted by Kelly Clarkson’s social media posts - describing a rude and offensive employee who refused to sell her an automaton bird - says the backlash is getting scary. Art of Play co-owner Adam Rubin says they are receiving threatening phone calls amid an onslaught of negative reviews, saying “we are afraid for the safety of our shopkeepers.” Rubin described Clarkson’s post as “social warfare," as the surveillance footage of the interaction between Clarkson and the employee was released.  While there’s no audio of the incident, we go over our impressions of what happened in less than 5 minutes that escalated into the controversy that is still raging on today.

A disturbing story out of the Pocono Mountains; police say a 27-year-old woman stabbed her 3-year-old son and her husband to death while they were staying at the Great Wolf Lodge in the Pocono Mountains. Metallica Harrison has been charged with two counts of murder after she called 9-1-1 to tell the dispatcher she “needed help dying” and that her husband and son were “already gone.” The family had been on an extended vacation at the resort and while police have no known motive in this case, what Harrison said after they arrived, sounded eerliy similar to the Lindsay Clancy case.

President Trump posted a string of bizarre, and at times offensive, posts over the past several hours.  He first reposted video of a 23-year-old British man mauled to death over the weekend by a tiger after entering the animal’s zoo enclosure. Then, Trump posted an AI video of himself, in the exact same position as the man, but in his video, Trump wins a wrestling match with the same tiger. Trump also posted another video clip of big cats mauling people, without a caption or an explanation.
