We discuss the week-long calendar of events planned at the Contest Prep Center for the Olympia and the Build More than Just a Body event! Adam talks about how he has tried to make the Contest Prep Center an open and welcoming space for competitors from any team. He wasn't to create a space where competitors and teams can come together and learn about the sport of bodybuilding.
