On this week's episode, I'm talking about the day I met up with an ex-boyfriend about a year ago. 

This is probably my most vulnerable episode yet, and it was actually recorded at the end of the day we spent together. However I sounded so emotional when I listened back to it that I decided not to put it out at the time. But here we are, just over a year later, and I thought "Screw it".
