Rasheda is an award-winning mentor, author and empowerment speaker, and founder of Empowered Flower Girl – a social enterprise on a mission to transform the way young people relate to one another and themselves. At her core, Rasheda is a social entrepreneur and staunch advocate for women and youth.

She is single, childfree, and lives in Detroit.
