When you go to manually vacuum a pool, you can run into loads of issues like having too little suction from the pump and filter to having too much suction. I spend some time going over some manual vacuuming woes and issues.

Any pool surface can be damaged by adding the wrong chemicals or by something falling into the pool. Vinyl and Fiberglass pools are more prone to damage but plaster and Pebble Tec pools can also be damaged quite easily. Learn some ways to avoid staining your pool surface.

Using a Vacuuming System can be somewhat effective in a pool cleanup process if there is a lot of ash in the pool. It won't get all of the finer particles but can give you a jump start on the cleanup. You can also use a leaf bagger/leaf master with a fine micron vacuum system bag on top.
