Gianna is a proud member of the Local Jobs Program Taskforce for Inner Metro Melbourne. Representing the ‘Youth’ sector, she advocates for employment schemes and opportunities that are holistic, robust and relatable, so that each young person is set up for success from the moment they enter the workforce. Gianna has spent 6+ years working in the youth empowerment sector. As a Youth Educator and Motivational Speaker, she has presented her own transformative story, insights and strategies to 25,000+ people.

Gianna is incredibly passionate about transforming the lives of young people. One reason for this is that she herself had to work through immense adversity, especially throughout her childhood, where she had a chronic and debilitating anxiety disorder for many years. Gianna’s mission is to empower the next generation so they feel more supported, motivated and equipped with the tools they need to recognise their unique potential and pursue their goals with passion, purpose and conviction.
