Mind Star Health, LLC, was founded by Kristin Rulon in the fall of 2018. As a survivor of severe post partum depression and anxiety, currently dealing with generalized anxiety disorder and PTSD, Kristin is all too familiar with the mental health struggles. Refusing to settle that her mental health would always be a roller coaster, she began researching and educating herself about the mind.
“I’ve read more than 100 personal development books written by psychologists, spiritual leaders, business leaders, mental health advocates, etc. Having PPD/PPA was the darkest moment of my life but going through that brought out a side of me I didn’t know existed, and now I’m passionate about bringing Mind Star to life. Mind Star was the app I needed and I am ready to give Mind Star to everyone, because everyone deserves to learn how to take care of themselves in a way that’s healthy, free and possible with their lifestyle.”
