When things become unbearable, we often end up defining God in our own human ways. I did just that, but let me tell you, these definitions are often wrong. It was only when I started getting to know God better that I was able to overcome the darkness. Knowing God’s real character will help you get out of that dark place too. In this episode, we take a step further in getting to know Him.

As a person who did all the “good girl” things growing up, I never imagined facing a serious faith crisis. With my finances hitting rock bottom while dealing with overwhelming grief over a brother who passed away, I was overwhelmed. But I got through it when I finally understood who God truly is. It doesn’t matter if your perception of God is different than mine. Whether your God to you is the universe, energy, love, or angels - this episode is all about recollecting and redefining our thoughts about God’s real character.

The Prosperity Approach is all about dealing with confrontations on a much higher and more effective level. Just like so many of you, I used to avoid conflict. I was a notorious people-pleaser! And although I thought that approach was keeping the peace in my relationships, it actually bred resentment. 

In this episode, I want to give you the courage to have all those hard conversations. Being open and honest can do nothing but improve your relationships. It’s amazing how these “awkward” confrontations are actually key to establishing healthy boundaries. Prosperity in relationships begins when each partner stands up for their truth. Now, that doesn’t mean being overbearing, manipulative, or bullying. There is a way to show up powerfully and radiate that empowered feminine unapologetically. When you’re learning something new, sometimes your partner isn’t on board. Maybe they don’t understand, maybe they don’t want to support you, maybe they’re just a killjoy. At that point, so many people want to know how to change their partners. The thing is, you really don’t need to do that. You don’t need to have your partner on board. 

Today I want to share my story and what happened when I started growing. At first, my husband wasn’t into it. At all. We had some heated discussions and it took a while for me to understand a simple truth: you can’t change anyone. But, you can lead by example. You can and should show up for yourself and your mission.
