Amanda Jetté Knox is an award-winning writer, human rights advocate and public speaker known as the Maven of Mayhem. In early 2014, her middle child came out to the family as a transgender girl. Alexis’s journey changed everything. A few months later, inspired by Alexis’ courage, Amanda’s spouse, Zoe, came out as a transgender woman. It’s been two! Amanda talks with Hilary & Sandra about living openly, her kids having two moms, the journey that got them there and leading with love.

Morgan and Richard share their “coming out” stories. Both were married to women at one time, raising children in heterosexual relationships. It wasn’t until their 30’s when both men realized they had to start living their authentic lives. They eventually told to their families that they were gay . . . and in love. Though painful at times, Morgan & Richard share their story of love and acceptance. This episode was originally recorded in 2017.
