Luke shared his own experiences and struggles with his mental health, but also how exercise and running have been such a positive outlet for him throughout the years. Luke has completed the London Marathon twice, and recently completed a challenge where he ran 10km a day for 100 days. We really hope that in this episode it encourages anyone to open up or seek help if needed.
