Marathon season has come and gone (in what feels like a blink of an eye).
The 16 week build, and suddenly it's all over?
No-one really talks about what's next and how to navigate this properly.
In this week's episode we discuss what you should be doing in the first month after your race and how to map out your next 12 months and what to work on next.
If you'd like help shaping the next few months or how to reach your next goals, then get in touch with us here.

We are still on such a high from the London Marathon weekend! We had 25 runners from the community taking on the streets of London, starting in Greenwich and finishing on the mall.
Although it was warm, records dropped! We witnessed the first sub 2 hour marathon, and only 11 seconds got to witness it again!
The womens-only world record was broken too with Aseffa, beating her own title.
We also this week welcome our newest coach, Josh Sykes to the team. With a 2:32 marathon and obsession for the 26.2 mile distance, we know he's going to be a great addition to the team. Get to know Josh more in this episode and get in touch with us if you'd like to work with us and Josh.
