Kim Hawley is a Certified Certified Holistic Sleep Coach, and she has a Master’s of Public Health, Maternal and Child Health, and a Master’s of Arts Cultural Anthropology from George Washington University (along with many other certifications you can find on her website). She shares many tips regarding sleep, and she offers wonderful advice on how to filter through all the information out there.
