God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, Courage to change the things I can, And wisdom to know the difference.

This prayer asks positive power to help you peacefully accept those things you can’t change, and to have the courage to change what you can. In my experience, this often means changing my own whispered lies, words, and actions. If you’re confused about which things you can change and which ones you can’t, pause and ask for the wisdom to know which of the two choices is best for your situation.
