Sara Kaufman-Bradstreet is the founder of No More Wasted Days and has been alcohol-free since May 2019. She quit drinking on her own, not believing she had a “problem”—but two years into sobriety, she realized just how much alcohol had been impacting her life.

Today, she helps others take breaks from alcohol through 30- and 100-day challenges, showing them what’s possible on the other side. After a few bumps along the way, Sara also celebrated one year weed-free in September 2025.
