He has summited Everest twice and since leaving the military he has appeared on the TV show SAS: Who Dares Wins and signed with Praga motorsport. I was lucky enough to chat with Jay about his new book, his coping mechanisms in lockdown, and his life lessons from the military and the various mountains he has summited.
