As humans, we LOVE overcomplicating things for no reason. Many business owners crave ease, flow, and simplicity, yet they still fall into the trap of overcomplicating things. It's almost as if when showing up in your business comes easily to you, and clients are drawn to you just by your personality shining through, it somehow feels wrong.
Most of us were raised in a world where we were told things like "you should work hard for your money, nobody likes their job, but you need to pay bills." And so, subconsciously, you make things difficult for yourself. You try new strategies, new coaches, and new programs, pushing yourself to a point where your business no longer brings you happiness. You start procrastinating, feeling resentful towards your clients, experiencing burnout—misaligned in one word.
As you can see, today's podcast episode is going to be a spicy one. But my intention is not to rip you to pieces; it's to bring awareness to why you may be feeling so misaligned right now. Join me as I talk about 3 reasons why you are overcomplicating things in your business, how to stop it, and instead start operating from a place that feels good to you and aligns with your CEO archetype.
