If you want to change something in your life, you need to commit to building a 90-day foundation to change the habit.

My clients often ask me, “What do I do if I break my commitment?” The moment you break it, you have to start over again. Otherwise, you’re programming your mind to fail. You have to be honest with yourself. You can’t shortcut this. We want to get this right for ourselves, so that it’s no longer a problem in our life.

It doesn’t matter how much you screwed up yesterday—the universe does not hold your past against you. It immediately responds to whatever you’re putting out TODAY.

It’s either win or die. We’re not here to be average. We’re here to do something really magnificent and play by a different set of rules.

Once you make a commitment, you can’t go back (not even for one day)—you must “burn the ships”  and be in the mindset that you’ll win no matter what.
