Everything in our being is always trying to pull us into alignment with the truth:

Love is truth.

Abundance is truth.

Happiness is truth.

When we align our thoughts, feelings, and actions with the truth (by using our will power), we can begin to change everything instantaneously.

No matter what you desire, you must apply your will in order to achieve it. The will is like a mental muscle you use to hold the thought of your desire—and keep away contrary thoughts.

In today’s episode, I reveal 5 action steps to strengthen the will:

1.) Decide what you love. (The best use of your will is to bring about your deepest desire.)

2.) Commit to removing temptation from your life. (Remove anything that pulls your focus and your will away from doing what you love.)

3.) Be inquisitive about your feelings of temptation; don’t resist them. (Allow yourself to emotionally discharge from how you reacted to a temptation.)

4.) Release all ideas that are not in harmony with your desire. (Who do you have to become to embrace your purpose?)

5.) Surround yourself with visual reminders of what to focus on. (What inspires you? What keeps you in a spirit of opulence?)

Commit to doing all 5 action steps, and watch your life transform!
