When you keep your commitment, you’re acknowledging the higher side of yourself—i.e., the great side of you. 

The higher side of you is already in you. It’s saying, “I’m here. I’m in this body. Pay attention to me.” But if you don’t keep your commitment, you’re denying that part of you. 

In today’s episode you’ll learn:

Many people struggle to keep their commitment, because they don’t want to step out and do uncomfortable things—like spending money on something, investing in a business, etc. Many were raised to believe they’re someone they’re not. They lack faith in their higher self.

To overcome this, all you need to do is start acknowledging that part of you. Ask, “What do I need to commit to today?” Pay attention to your higher self—because it’s the compass guiding you in the direction you want to go in life.
