Your success is the equivalent of what you can get yourself to follow through on. What you follow through on, is a “dance” between what you desire the most and what you fear the most.

If you let fear stop you, then you stop. If you desire safety over uncertainty, adventure, and risk—then you let that desire for safety stop you. The idea is to push to another level and break through the fear—because that’s the only way you’ll grow.

Every day, your job is to break through fear in order to get yourself to do what you need to do to become as successful as you want to be. The only way to do that is by setting a higher standard for yourself—and immediately taking action on the opportunities that come to you.

If opportunities don’t come to you, then you have to create those opportunities.
