Most people assume aging comes with an unavoidable trade-off: more fatigue, slower recovery, more pain, and less capacity to move the way you used to. You train less because you recover poorly, and you recover poorly because you train less.

When Tramadol hit the market, it was hailed as the miracle middle ground. A safer opioid that could ease chronic pain without the addictive risks of morphine or hydrocodone.
