At ServiceTitan, Rachel helps establish solutions around customer-specific setups and workflows, building relationships, and training users on growth products. Before that, she worked with her dad, Mark Stepowoy, as Enterprise Administrator across the various locations of his Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service franchises.
