Fear of rejection shows up in many less than obvious ways. It can be the difference between speaking your mind and keeping quiet, sharing your post or deleting before anyone gets a chance to read it.

Many people believe there’s a switch you can flip and suddenly this deep fear will just disappear. This is not the case that I have found.
