There are many times a day, or week, where I feel the weight of the world and all its problems. When I feel it I feel sad, overwhelmed, angry and hopeless. I feel like a small ant that has no power to make a difference and think there's no point trying. However, I don't stay there too long, in fact, I can't. The anxiety is too much to bare so I choose to channel my fks where they matter. I believe the more conscious, considerate and committed people there are in the world, half the shit we see today that makes us cringe may not exist. I'm fighting for that.
In today's episode I share how I make the mental shift from, "there is no point even trying", to, "come on Kat, channel your fks where they matter", and how I begin to take action.
