You are whole and perfect.
In this episode, Buffy teases apart the idea of wholeness as a belief system and the ways wholeness does - or does not - create the foundation for our relationships. On the docket for these 30 minutes: Rilke, a date-less incubator, and a tale of two nightgowns.
This is an episode for anyone who is, has ever been, will ever be in a relationship. It’s also for those who have sworn off relationships altogether. Wholeness is a powerful foundation for a relationship and Buffy breaks it - and boundaries, and dependency - down brick by brick.
“Let it come from wholeness.”

Buffy introduces the concept of “scurry” - like worrying, but more.
It can be hard to slow down the scurry.
In this episode, she talks about trusting people to take care of themselves to lessen your scurry. Expect tales of dueling dietary preferences and Papaw's extended stay. This episode is about boundaries, stillness, and discernment all in one. We think this will be orienting and clarifying for you if you're feeling extended in different directions and beholden to people other than yourself.

Today's episode is about feedback - but not in a professional setting. Today, Buffy talks about feedback from a personal place. She talks about the context, set-up, and the ways feedback is most effective. Today's stories are about rainbow carpet conversations, births, and approaching feedback with curiosity.
The poem Buffy reads at the end is "The Proposal" by Mary Ann Broyles.
We hope you enjoy this practical episode and would LOVE to hear how you start applying it in your own life. Let us know how you use this (and any other things that have helped!) by emailing us at [email protected].

You will get feedback whether you ask for it or not.
What happens when you get feedback - both solicited and unsolicited? Buffy talks about aaaaallllll of the ways we receive feedback, and gives some suggestions for how to receive it in a way that is healthy and tends to sensitivities. Next week in Part 2, giving feedback. Stay tuned!

What is the tipping point when something turns from potion to poison? From helpful to harmful? In this episode, Buffy asks you to consider where in your life you are treading that line and how to reorient to what's in alignment for your life.
This episode is about the line, ways we can find it, and how operating from this ethos can heighten your awareness of yourself and the world around you.

On the docket this week: apologies.

Families require duct tape, glue, and creativity. And while it's not the entire episode, today, that's where we're going to start.
This episode helps us remember that the people who make up our family structures are who they are, ultimately, no matter how we feel about it. Buffy tells stories about the side of the interstate, pear trees, the dentist, and more.
