Steven discusses how he built a hybrid property business, including long term buy-to-let properties as well as flips, and a commercial endeavour that is set to bring in revenue worth over a million pounds!

Cashflow is incredibly important in any property business. Every deal, every project, should be carefully judged and balanced so as to provide the maximum cashflow at all times.
