This Statement About Alcohol Made Me Angry!

Listen Later

This episode was sparked by something I recently came across that genuinely frustrated me.

Not because it was provocative, but because it touched on a belief about alcohol that I think so many of us have accepted without ever stopping to question.

The idea got under my skin enough that I felt compelled to unpack it properly.

Because when I look back at my own drinking career, I don't see alcohol making me a better version of myself. I see something very different.

This is a powerful conversation about identity, authenticity, and becoming the person you were always meant to be.

What You'll Learn:

  • Why alcohol can create the illusion of confidence and connection

  • The difference between your authentic self and your alcohol-created persona

  • How alcohol slowly creates the very problems it appears to solve

  • Why many of us become attached to a version of ourselves that isn't real

  • How removing alcohol helps you reconnect with your true identity
