We discuss why it can be so incredibly hard to set boundaries with the people you love; why it’s ok to say no even when you don’t have an ‘excuse’; how saying yes to something you don’t really want to do is saying no to yourself; and how resentment can build when we fail to put the necessary boundaries in place to protect our own wellbeing.
