The thing about fear is that it’s always going to be there. Whether it’s fear about handing your notice in at work, or fear about ending a relationship, fear isn’t going anywhere. So the question is: how do we face it, deal with it, and move through it?

Lucy & I talk about our own relationships with fear, and share what we do to ensure that it doesn’t hold us back from pursuing the things we desire.
