If I left my fertility in the hands of my doctors, I wouldn’t have my baby. There are so many amazing podcasts (like this one), support groups, etc to help empower you to make the best choices for yourself. Have conversations with your family and friends so they understand how to best support you and eliminate phrases that are well-intentioned but really hurt!"
