The holiday season is supposed to be a time of joy and gathering with family and friends. But for many, Holiday loneliness creeps in, whether you are truly by yourself or amidst a crowd of people. It doesn't help that it's easy to compare what others are doing on social media which creates feelings of shame and further loneliness.
