It's a time that can be full of optimism and disappointment, and because it can feel isolating, I include "Therapist" in my foundations of building your own Fertility TEAM (Therapist, Eating healthy and Exercise, Acupuncture, Mindfulness and Meditation are the basics).   I love that Dr. Glezer explains how to approach the whole picture of mental health: getting support, taking good care of yourself, getting enough sleep, finding someone to talk to, eating well, doing some physical activity, and finding an integrative psychologist to work with if that feels right.
