Fertility patients know that treatment feels like being on a roller coaster. I love that Dr. Glezer explains how to approach the whole picture of mental health: getting support, taking good care of yourself, getting enough sleep, finding someone to talk to, eating well, doing some physical activity, and finding an integrative psychologist to work with if that feels right.
