Leading a team may come from many levels. It is different for every person, it is different how they see it and how they follow it. Leadership is an ever-evolving space. Kim always "looks for the next best thing and the next best approach" and loves understanding leaders.

Being a leader doesn't mean you have to be serious all the time, your allowed to have some fun. Whether you're on a court or in an office, leading a team is very similar in the sense that everyone has a little something different when the pressure hits.

It is important as a leader to always be thinking, understanding people around you and having that awareness. It develops when your growing and becoming more comfortable with who you are. It is impossible to be the best leader, you are always learning and evolving your leadership style. You have to be able to understand what your own strengths are and know what your good at to then employ people to do things that aren't your strength. Remember; its okay to not have it all worked out and stand up when it really matters.
