Jackson & Tom are the second-generation butchers of IG: @Flora Hill Quality Meats, a family-owned business based in Bendigo, Victoria supplying quality meat and produce. Their father bought the business in 2003 and turned it into what it is today—being recognised for countless awards across the nation through their quality meat.

Their success in the business and continuous growth have allowed them to purchase their own property, ‘paradise park’, running black Angus cattle. Fulfilling a lifelong dream of the family to become farmers and providing an opportunity for more balance in the business.

Jackson & Tom are incredibly passionate about the meat industry, continuing to expand, educate and develop opportunities for growth with the business to continue to support the family and provide quality meat to the Bendigo region.
