Tonia shares her journey from a successful career in tech at Adobe to becoming a psychedelic coach and startup founder. She discusses her work with Energy.Work, a platform bridging technology and spirituality, and explores the potential of ultra-low dose 5-MeO-DMT. Tonia also delves into the importance of bringing feminine energy into psychedelic work and the value of ceremony and ritual in personal development.

Tonia Erin's life's work is woven from threads of deep spiritual inquiry and a heartfelt calling to facilitate transformation and healing. Having ventured through the realms of technology and leadership, she found her true passion in bridging the ancient wisdom of earth-based practices with modern approaches to personal growth.

For over two decades, Tonia immersed herself in the tech industry, where she led teams and pioneered innovative projects. Yet, beneath the surface, she was cultivating a rich, inner landscape through her studies and practices in spirituality and self-development. Her journey took a transformative turn when she embraced the profound teachings of psychedelics, which deepened her relationships with herself and the world around her.

Driven by a vision to support others on their paths to self-discovery, she left the corporate world to dedicate herself to coaching and healing work. She is a certified coach specializing in psychedelic preparation and integration with a passion for creating sacred spaces and facilitating ceremonies that honor the rites of passage that unfold throughout our lives.
