Clouds moving. Rain on the window. Wind through the trees. The dogs snoring. And me, just sitting there, actually in it.

We say we want peace, we say we want to feel better but we’re often anywhere but here. In our heads, in the next thing, in our phones, in the past, in the future.

And then we wonder why we feel disconnected, or lonely, or unfulfilled, or empty, or feel list.

This episode is that reminder. That you find yourself in the simple, ordinary, right-in-front-of-you moments.
