Today’s episode is a re-run of a very popular conversation I had with my glorious friend and fellow crazy entrepreneur - the formidable Tina Tower. This conversation was originally recorded in my first season of the podcast - it was my very second interview in fact - but it’s rated its socks off since going live & I think it’s such an important conversation that it was worth re-running it as a reminder to us all! Surround yourself with amazing people that light you up, cheer you on, make you feel good & are there to love & support you. And those that do the opposite - if you can’t remove them totally from your life - then minimise contact with them where possible. As Tina & I chat about in this conversation - the toxicity you are allowing to consume you when certain people are not great for you can have far more impact on your life, health, career and well-being than you realise.
