This week George is going to prison! No it is not that the Paleo police have finally caught up with him for breaking the “rules”, he is heading in there to share some of his amazing knowledge with those who are currently incarcerated. Brett, who has limited knowledge or experience with prisons, or people who have been incarcerated, was fascinated by the whole experience and quizzes George about how he feels about going in, what he is expecting and what he hopes to pass on to those inside. What results is a fascinating episode with some real gems that everyone can benefit from.
