Meant to talk about something else, then started talking about the supplement industry and accidentally went off for over 20 minutes.
You could probably also call this one "why AG1 is bullsh*t."

A couple weeks ago, I heard someone say something along the lines of "all training goals are also nutrition goals."
I can't remember the exact quote.
I can't even remember where I heard it - although I'd bet it was on an old episode of RX'd Radio.
But the sentiment stuck with me.

Plyos and power movements are incredibly helpful to your running, yet they're rarely used well in programming.
In this episode, I dive into plyos - both what they are and how to do them.
I also discuss the different types and how the term has gotten incredibly vague over the past few years.
If you've heard about plyos, wondered how they can help your running, and were looking to start doing them, this episode should help.
