Alex Larson is a Registered Dietitian whose mission is to help you eat food you love that also supports your goals as an endurance athlete.
Alex and I got together a couple weeks ago to discuss a wide range of topics in regards to endurance nutrition, from race day fueling to carb loading to recovery to our mutual love of breakfast.
And yes, as you can see from my admittedly click-baity title, we also spent a little time discussing weight loss and whether or not it's possible to responsibly lose weight while training.
I loved this conversation and have already made a couple minor shifts to my eating patterns that have had me feeling better over the past couple weeks.
I know you'll get a lot out of this one.

Doug Franchitto recently ran the Wasatch 100 as his first 100-miler. We got together to discuss training, Grand Canyon R2R2R, UTMB, and a whole mess of other topics.
I know you'll get a lot out of it.
Also, as I said in the intro, my audio in this is terrible. I'm sorry. I did a lot to make it listenable, but it's still not great. Thankfully, Doug's audio is fine and he's the one you want to hear anyway.
