In this episode of Next Level Human podcast, Dr. Jade dives deep into the menstrual cycle, and its connection with exercising, dieting, weight loss, and performance. The period in which a menstrual cycle happens is usually 28 days, which is considered the most common, although a variation of that number is perfectly normal for each woman is different.

Dr. Jade also explains that there are different phases within the menstrual cycle, which is specifically correlated with estrogen levels, progesterone levels, and the effect of these two hormones in the body.
