When we experience pain, our body sends a message to the brain. Our initial reaction to pull away from the pain is a natural response. We have all experienced some pain/discomfort at one time or another. As we grow older, we learn how to keep ourselves safe. However, sometimes pain leads us to an unpleasant response.
